The grand opening of Terra Vale celebrated the launch of our newest 55-plus senior housing community in Emerald Hills Urban Village. Residents, partners, and dignitaries marked its commitment to modern, connected, and wellness-focused living. The grand opening was highlighted by the attendance of the Mayor of Strathcona County and a formal acknowledgement from Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, recognizing Terra Vale’s role in meeting the evolving housing needs of older adults.
